3rd Circular

Dear colleagues,
This is our 3rd and, basically, last Circular Letter regarding the conference. Please find attached the Conference Programme. At this stage we have also the pleasure to announce the cooperation of the Arab League Educational Cultural and Scientific Organisation(ALECSO), and particularly the participation of its Secretary General H-E- Dr. Mongi Bousnina, who will address the participants and the guests during the official celebration on May 10th and then deliver a public lecture on the first day of the conference - May 11th.
In this letter The Organizing Committee would like to give you some practical information:
          1. Address of the conference venue:
                    Main Building of Sofia University
                    1504 Sofia, 15 Tzar Osvoboditel Blvd
          2. Address of Serdika Hotel:
                    Sofia 1504, 2 Yanko Sakazov Blvd
                    /Two minutes walking from the conference venue/
          On the web site of the Serdika hotel you can find a map of the city center, where the hotel and the main building of Sofia University are situated.
          3. The following websites can give you reliable and up-to-date information about Sofia and Bulgaria:
          www.sofiacityguide.com, www.explore-sofia.com, www.bulgaria.com
          4. The prices of the taxis in Sofia are almost unified - about 20 Eurocent per km (1 Euro ? 2 Leva - a fixed exchange rate). There are numerous taxi companies, but we would recommend OK SUPERTRANS Company (Phone: 973-21-21) as the most comfortable and reliable one. Such a taxi you can take at the Arrivals Section of Sofia Airport.
          5. We would kindly remind those of you who would like to participate in the excursion and the farewell dinner and have not notified us yet, to do so till the end of April, so that we are able to arrange the events.
